Blaize Catering specializes in catering. From meetings, office socials, gala events and weddings, we have you covered. We offer meal solutions for your everyday needs. Take a look at our menus and give us a call at 484-340-7865 to place an order or speak with an event designer. We will help customize your menu! Our foods are fresh and created daily from our Market's Kitchen. Catering Office is by appointment only.

The Market is open to the public every Saturday from 10am till 2pm. Blaize Catering is in rotation with the other vendors for "Saturday Market Lunch" and will feature item specialties highlighted from our "Blaize2Go" menu. Seasoning and spice add to the levels of flavor and are captured in every bite. While we focus on Local and Fresh ingredients, we also work with provisions from our prized vendors to produce international favorites from around the world. Cooking is a passion and sharing the experience with you gives us the added pep.
