Blaize Catering was created by executive chef and owner, Harley Blaisdell. After 20 years in the business working for other Philadelphia and Main Line caterers, restaurants, hotels, country clubs, television networks, editorial photography, and as a private chef, I decided to embark on my true passion taking the knowledge and creativity and transform it into my own.
Blaize Catering is fortunate to have a solid, courteous and professional staff. Working my way through the ranks over the years, I realize each person within Blaize holds the recipe for success. Each individual performance impacts the others. Together as a team we take pride in our events. Privileged to have an opportunity to share and deliver a memorable experience drives us to surpass your expectations.
